Jobs For Life Program

Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.  "Isaiah 40:30-31"

Jobs for Life is a faith-based Christ-centered program that offers individuals in our community, who are unemployed or underemployed the tools they need to find and keep meaningful employment.  This strategy is designed to break the cycle of poverty and connect participants in a hopeful future.

Our eight (8) week program consists of sixteen (16) two hour sessions offering students the foundation to meet stringent requirements for graduation.

Attendees are instilled with the importance of ...
  • A positive attitude
  • Responsibility for their actions
  • Respect towards others
  • The willingness to be productive
  • Having confidence
  • Demonstrating integrity
  • Being imaginative
These are among the many character traits that are precisely what businesses look for when considering a new employee.
